How Online Mediation Works
- Step 1 – File your case and provide your name, the name of the other person, his/her email address, and a brief description of your case.
- Step 2 – If your case is suitable for online mediation, I will contact the other person by email.
- Step 3 – If the other person agrees to participate in mediation, your mediation will begin as soon as each of you accepts my Agreement to Mediate and submits a $150 refundable deposit.
- Step 4 – If you and the other person reach an agreement, I will write up an Agreement Draft for both of you to sign for acceptance.
How Much It Costs
$150 per hour ($75 per hour per party).
